Which legal entity operates the service
Steel Rendvane is a trading name used by the company that owns and operates this website and the associated client platform.
The entity that operates the service is the organization you enter into an agreement with upon accepting our Terms of Use and open an account. Its full registered name, its legal form, its registered particulars and the identity of the group it belongs to are set out in the client agreement you receive at onboarding, and are supplied on request through the routes described in the "Requesting documentation" section below.
Given that legal entities, registration information and operational arrangements may be subject to change, we maintain these details as dynamic information rather than permanent statements in marketing materials. Your binding obligations are set out in the client agreement and supporting documentation package provided to you; should any inconsistency arise between this page and those materials, the documents shall take precedence.
Group companies and service providers
Certain operational activities - infrastructure support, settlement services, market information, client verification systems - are delegated to qualified external specialists operating under formal contracts. The types of external partner we engage with, alongside the procedures governing how your information is processed by such partners, are detailed in our Privacy Policy. We do not publish provider names on this page.
The regulatory framework we work within
We describe here the type of obligations that govern the service, rather than naming authorities or quoting reference numbers, which belong in the formal documentation.
- 01
Client identification
All accounts undergo mandatory verification procedures prior to any account funding, trading activity or withdrawal request, pursuant to the know-your-client and anti-money-laundering protocols outlined on our KYC & AML page.
- 02
Financial-crime prevention
Regulatory screening for sanctioned parties and financial crime exposure, continuous review of account activity for suspicious transactions, internal reporting mechanisms and archival of records in accordance with periods mandated by law.
- 03
Handling of client money
Client balances are recorded separately from the operating funds of the business, and payouts are returned to a verified instrument in the client's own name.
- 04
Fair and clear communication
Costs, spreads and any applicable fees are published in your account and on our pricing page. We do not promise specific returns, and all promotional material carries a risk warning.
- 05
Data protection
Information about you is handled according to a recognized legal justification, kept for no longer than the period required for service delivery, and secured through restricted access and cryptographic protection for data in motion and in storage.
- 06
Complaints handling
A written internal complaints procedure with acknowledgement, investigation and a substantive reply within the timeframe stated when your complaint is logged.
Should any jurisdiction establish compliance standards exceeding those specified above, the enhanced standard shall apply to all clients with residence in that jurisdiction.
Jurisdictions served and excluded
This service is made available solely in territories where legal authorization exists to provide it. Eligibility is confirmed during account signup based on your stated place of residence and may be modified at any time.
Where the service is offered
Access to accounts is restricted to inhabitants of jurisdictions listed as approved within your account's signup sequence. Should your jurisdiction appear on the approved list and your submission passes all checks, registration may be finalized. Should your jurisdiction not appear, you are ineligible for this service.
Where the service is not offered
- Countries and territories subject to applicable international sanctions or embargoes.
- Jurisdictions where offering this type of service to retail clients requires a local authorisation we do not hold.
- Nations designated as elevated-risk jurisdictions pursuant to anti-financial-crime legislation.
- Regions we have determined to be unsuitable due to our own compliance evaluation frameworks.
No solicitation
Nothing on this website is directed at, or intended for distribution to or use by, any person in a jurisdiction where such distribution or use would be contrary to local law. Accessing this site from an excluded jurisdiction does not create a right to use the service. If you move to an excluded jurisdiction while holding an account, tell us - the account may need to be restricted or closed and any balance returned to you.

Instructions for obtaining organizational and compliance documentation
Clients, prospective clients and professional counterparties may request our corporate and compliance documentation. We provide it on request rather than publishing it openly.
What can be requested
- Written verification of the operating organization's registered information and corporate registration.
- The prevailing client agreement and the fee schedule in effect for your specific account.
- A summary of our AML and client-identification procedures.
- The mechanism for submitting complaints and the process for resolution and appeal.
- Privacy notice pertaining to information you have supplied to us.
How to make the request
- 01
Write to us
Use the contact route on our contact page. Put "Regulatory documentation request" in the subject line.
- 02
Identify yourself
State whether you are an existing client (and give the email address on the account) or a prospective client, and which documents you need.
- 03
Receive the pack
Submissions are addressed in accordance with the response window provided in the acknowledgment message. Certain materials may be supplied in summarized or redacted form where full disclosure would include sensitive proprietary information.
Documents are sent to the verified contact details on file. We cannot send account-specific documentation to a third party without your written authorisation.
Regulatory and compliance questions
Questions about our regulatory position, our compliance procedures, or a concern you would like escalated should go to the compliance route rather than to general support.
How do I raise a compliance question?
Send it through the contact page and mark it "Compliance". Include the account email address if you already hold an account, and describe the question in a sentence or two.
How do I make a formal complaint?
Use the same route and mark the message "Complaint". You will receive an acknowledgement, a reference and an indication of the timeframe for a substantive reply. If the outcome does not resolve the matter, the reply will explain the further escalation options available to you.
How do I report suspicious activity or misuse of our brand?
Navigate to the abuse reporting channel. Cases where Steel Rendvane is falsely represented through email, promotional materials or fraudulent websites should be submitted via this channel to enable our response.
Do we address corporate or media-related questions through this mechanism?
Yes - send them through the contact page with a clear subject line and they will be routed to the right team.
